I could just dial down the … WebI normally do 2 gallon batches (8ish liters), but did 5gal (eh, like 19 liters maybe), which had 13lb of fermentables (I think that’s around 6-7kg) after adjusting down from about 16lb when BF showed by gravity and ABV much higher than expected. According to the app, I had expected mash efficiency at 76%.
