WebJun 6, 2013 · I would be tempted to try cutting two pieces of wood to the proper inside and outside curves and then squeeze them together with the rail between them (oversimplification, I know). The stuff seems flexible enough already, it's a matter of getting a constant bend with equal pressure along the curve, like with copper pipe.
